I have to admit, I was taken aback by the title of a blog I saw. It can be found by searching for "...I Hate My Husband" on Google. What a sad story! Yet, just this morning I found myself thinking more negatively than positively about my own relationship with my husband. I decided, then and there, to put into action a thought I had about focusing on the good things. It's all about perspective. "Garbage in=garbage out!"
When I choose to dwell on "whatsoever things are lovely, pure, and of good report..." it affects my whole outlook. So, it's time for some serious reflections on the man I married... and why I CHOOSE to LOVE him!

Smarter than your average bean...:] I am en-route to doing this..already love my husband more than life itself just trying to get rid of my negative way of thinking....(sigh) maybe reading your blog will give me a few ideas..:] keep up the good work! well wishes from me to you and yours.
Whenever I tell people how much I love my husband I am seen as weak, a snob, or naive...it drives me crazy how much society looks down on a woman who CAN adore her husband and still be a strong and independent person!!!! It is part of the art of interpersonal relationships, and some people do not have it because of their own social inadequacy. YES I love my husband..YES he supports me and NEVER berates or belittles me...and YES I support him and love him. We work togethor, take care of each other and have a bond that will last.
My husband is amazing. I went through 2 failed long-term relationships to know this. I appreciate everything he does for me and what his heart stands for. I see God when I look and him. He brings me roses just because. He gets my car washed and he even cleans my feet before bedtime cause he LOVES ME! I have never known a love like this but I have dreamt of it. I pray that my determination to show him how much I desire will never fail us. He is the best husband ever.
